This workshop emphasizes the relevance of communication safety strategies and settings using readily available tools and several commercially available products, including “iSafe” emphsizing strategies necessary to ensure the safety of our school communities when gathering information, collaborating and surfing
the net. Every participant will learn how to subscribe to these tools and obtain an “iSafe” account gain an entry
level understanding of how the resource can be used to maximum
advantage. In addition to on-line professional assessment, there
will be relevant interactive communication tools available (i.e.
internet classroom assistant,wikis, blogs, etc.) Handouts will be
web-based.
