As many of you know, we rolled out our new and improved NYLearns.org tools in early August. Among the enhancements is an easy-to-use webpage builder which educators are using to communicate with students and parents. The webpage builder also includes the ability for teachers to post homework assignments as well as important announcements. In addition to the webpage builder, the site navigation and the site design received a face lift. Site navigation is more consistent throughout the pages providing users with easy access to Curriculum, Educational Resources, and Assessments. The updated design focuses a bit more on accessibility. As the popularity of NYLearns.org continues to grow, we want our users with special needs to have easy access to the website and tools. We have received a vast number of comments and suggestions from users regarding future enhancements to NYLearns.org. These ideas are important to us; keep them coming.
